At Ars Arma, we stand behind the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original condition. We aim to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase through a transparent and efficient resolution process.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Send your package via a trackable shipping service to the return address provided by our customer service department.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
