Product Description

Designed for attachment to the front and back panels of a plate carrier, the HEXS Pad improves ventilation between the body and plate carrier, reduces backface deformation when struck by a bullet or fragment, and enhances overall comfort during use.

The design is based on a hexagon pattern, providing several benefits:

● Four-way ventilation allows airflow in multiple directions, improving moisture and heat dissipation
● Large contact area with the pad, combined with an optimized material density, maximizes comfort during wear

The HEXS Pad is made from EVA foam, a modern, high-performance material with a wide range of applications. It offers excellent properties including a broad working temperature range, water resistance, flexibility, impact absorption, durability, hygienic and hypoallergenic qualities, and low weight.

Ballistic testing: We have a video that demonstrates the pad within a ballistic setup consisting of a plate, BR1 aramid soft pack, and the HEXS Pad confirmed standard compliance. Deformation remained well within allowable limits, providing a significant safety margin for BR4-BR5 ballistic standard.
